By purchasing the ticket for the Programme, you (The Purchaser) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.

1. The Programme  organizer is KRU Academy Sdn. Bhd. (“KRU”).
2. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
3. All Programme tickets are sold by KRU. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by KRU.
4. Programme tickets sold shall be issued a confirmation email, whereby the registration confirmation is to be printed by the Purchaser. You will need to present the confirmation email at the venue together with some form of identification with photo (passport/national ID) for entry. Entry shall only be allowed to the first holder of the confirmation email that is presented. Any attempt to present the confirmation email again, regardless of who presents the confirmation email, will be disregarded, and entry shall be refused.
5. 1 ticket admits 1 person only. For the avoidance of doubt, each individual requires 1 ticket, irrespective of age.
6. No exchange, cancellation, refund, transfer and/or resale allowed once a ticket has been sold.
7. In the event of lost or damaged confirmation email, The Purchaser will be required to provide his/her identity card and/or passport to redeem his/her ticket and enter and join the Programme.
8. KRU reserves the right to revise event program at its sole discretion.
9. The Purchaser voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Programme whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual forum, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
10. In the event of cancellation, REFUND of the quantum of payment made for all tickets purchased shall be made within 10  business days of official notice of cancellation (if any) by KRU. For the avoidance of doubt Refund shall be for the value of the Programme ticket only – all charges including but not limited to processing and handling fees are not refundable.
